Came pretty quick and well packaged. Very very slight odd chemical smell and were laced different on each boot (but obviously this was no problem)

So, I didn't realize the zippers had domination over how the shoe closes. I thought the laces would make it bigger if needed. Not the case. I'm a plus size woman, so my lower calves aren't skinny, which means I couldn't zip the shoes all the way to the top. The actual shoe size fit is perfect!! So, this is just a personal problem. I really love how these shoes look, so I guess I'm keeping them for motivation to lose weight in my lower legs to get the shoes to fit properly.
