Items are only eligible for a full refund if they're received in new and unworn condition.
Returns received in used condition will receive no credit. We will contact you and hold the item for 7 days - you must provide a shipping label to have the item(s) returned.
Closeout / final sale items cannot be returned.


You can open a return within 45 days of the purchase date for a refund or store credit. (Return period extended to 60 days for orders placed between 10/01 and 12/24)

Upon opening a return request, you will be emailed a prepaid shipping label from either UPS or Fedex. You must pack and seal the items in suitable packaging prior to arriving at the carrier drop-off location; they will not pack your items for you.

To "exchange", choose store credit when opening the return. You can use this credit to place a new order.

Store credit cannot be returned to cash.

We accept returns within 30 days of the order date.

Depending on your location, you may choose a prepaid or self-postage label.

Prepaid: The DHL postage fee varies, and is calculated when starting your return. You must agree to this fee before receiving a label. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Self-Postage: You will be given an address and RMA# to return the items to us. You will have to purchase the postage with the carrier of your choice. Nothing will be deducted from your refund.

Duties, taxes, and original shipping are non-refundable.

Does the return label expire?

Yes. Once we send you the return label, you have 15 days to ship the return before the label expires.

What if my return arrives to you late?

As long as your return was initiated within the return window and your label is not expired, we will accept your return. Do not worry about transit delays.

What if my order is defective?

Please notify us within 15 days if you suspect that your order has a manufacturing defect at with your order number and a photo of the defect. Please also include a photo of the bottom sole of the shoe.

If your shoes are worn and you believe a defect has occurred/become apparent, you may still email us a photo of the issue with your order number to These cases are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

In any case, do not attempt to return any used merchandise as it will be rejected per our return policy; follow the above instructions for a resolution.

What if you sent me the wrong item?

If we sent you the wrong item, please send us an email at with your order number and a photo of the shoes you received.

When will I get my refund?

Once your item arrives at our warehouse we will authorize your refund in 5-9 business days.

Once we issue your refund, it may take a few business days to reflect in your account balance. We have no control over this, and the exact time depends on your bank.

Why is there a fee to return my order?

Domestic (USA)

Since we provide you a fully prepaid shipping label to return your order, we will deduct $6.95 per item from your refund (up to a maximum fee of $20 for 3 or more items returned) unless you are returning for store credit (no fee). 

Additionally, your original shipping cost will not be refunded unless the item was defective or delivered late.


Return 1 item for a refund = $6.95 fee, return 5 items for a refund = $20 fee. 

Return 1 item for store credit = $0 fee, return 5 items for store credit = $0 fee.

If you do not have sufficient packaging or a spare box to return your items, we recommend that you purchase one from a store like Walmart or Office Depot, do not purchase packaging at the UPS/Fedex store as they charge exorbitant fees. We do not reimburse packaging, tape, or other material costs associated with your return.

Store credit is not redeemable for cash.


International (Rest of World)

We sadly cannot offer free return shipping outside of the United States.

The return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.

What if I want to exchange for another size or color?

Domestic (USA)

If you would like to exchange your shoes for another size or color, please file your return as a store credit, and use the credit to order the new pair once we issue the credit to you when we receive and inspect your return. 

International (Rest of World)

Please return your order for a refund and re-purchase the new item.
