RETURN POLICIES

  • Condition Requirements: Items received in worn or used condition will be rejected.
  • Non-Returnable Items: All closeout and final-sale items are considered fixed sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Rejected Returns: If an ineligible item is received at our warehouse, we will notify you and hold the item for 7 days. To have the items returned to you, you must provide a prepaid shipping label within that window. Items not claimed within 7 days will be disposed of.

DOMESTIC (USA)

Return Window

  • Standard: Returns are accepted within 45 days of the original purchase date.
  • Holiday Extension: For orders placed between October and December, the return window is extended to 60 days.

The Process

  • Once you initiate a return, you will receive a prepaid shipping label.
  • Packaging Requirement: You must securely pack and seal your items in suitable packaging prior to visiting the carrier drop-off location. Carriers will not provide boxes or packing services for you.

Exchanges

  • Size Only: we offer a one-time exchange for a different size of the original style and color purchased. We cannot accommodate exchanges for different items or alternate colors.
  • Shipping: All exchanges are shipped via Standard Ground Shipping with no exceptions.

Returns After an Exchange
If you choose to return an item that has already been exchanged:

  • The return is subject to a restocking fee.
  • Any resulting refund will be issued to the original payment method used on the original order. We do not offer store credit for returns of previously exchanged items, and this payment method cannot be changed.

INTERNATIONAL (REST OF THE WORLD)

Return Window:
All international returns are accepted within 45 days of the original purchase date.

Using Our DHL Return Service:
For your convenience and to ensure lower costs, we provide prepaid DHL return labels.

  • The Fee: The return postage fee depends on your location and will be clearly displayed when you initiate your return. This fee will be deducted from your final refund balance.
  • Self-Postage Discontinued: We no longer offer a self-postage option for international returns. Standard carriers are now subject to US Customs duties on returned goods; using our DHL service ensures your return is exempt from these additional fees, making it the most cost-effective method.

Refund Information:

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • Refund Method: All international returns are refunded to the original payment method. We do not offer store credit for international returns at this time.

FAQ

Does the return label expire?

Yes. Once your return label has been issued, it is valid for 15 days.

Please ensure that you drop off your package with the shipping carrier within this timeframe. Once the 15-day window passes, the label will expire and can no longer be used for your return.

What if my return arrives to you late?

As long as you initiate your return through our portal within the eligible return window (45 days, or 60 days during the holiday season) and use the provided shipping label before it expires, we will accept the return.

Transit delays once the package is with the carrier will not affect your refund status. 

What if my order is defective?

If you suspect your order has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at customerservice@demoniacult.com within 15 days of delivery.

To assist with a quick resolution, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • 1–2 clear photos of the defect.
  • A clear photo of the bottom sole of the shoes.

Defects after wear:
If a defect becomes apparent after the shoes have been worn, please follow the same instructions above. These cases are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Important Note:
Do not attempt to return used or defective merchandise through our standard returns portal, as it will be rejected per our policy. You must contact our customer service team directly to receive an evaluation and further instructions.

What if you sent me the wrong item?

If your order arrives with the incorrect item, color, or size, please contact us at customerservice@demoniacult.com. To help us resolve this quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear photo of the shoes you received.

Once we verify the error, we will provide you with further instructions to ensure you receive the correct pair as quickly as possible.

When will I get my refund?

Once your returned items arrive at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for our team to inspect the return and authorize your refund.

After the refund has been issued on our end, it may take a few additional business days to reflect in your account balance. This timeframe is determined by your financial institution and is outside of our control.

Why is there a fee to return my order?

Domestic (USA)
To make returns as easy as possible, we provide you with a fully prepaid shipping label. The fees associated depend on your chosen return method:

  • Refund to Original Payment: A shipping fee of $6.95 per item will be deducted from your refund. This fee is capped at a maximum of $20 for returns of three or more items.
  • Store Credit: Returning for store credit is free (no shipping fee deducted).
  • Exchanged Items: Returning an item that was previously received as part of an exchange will incur a $9.95 restocking fee.
  • Original Shipping: Your initial shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or past the guaranteed delivery date.

Fee Examples:

  • Return 1 item for a refund = $6.95 fee
  • Return 5 items for a refund = $20.00 fee (Capped)
  • Return any amount for Store Credit = $0 fee

A Note on Packaging:
You are responsible for the safe packaging of your return. We do not reimburse for boxes, tape, or other materials. To save on costs, we recommend purchasing packing materials at retailers like Walmart or Office Depot rather than at the shipping carrier’s counter, where fees are often significantly higher.

International (Rest of World)
We are currently unable to offer free return shipping for international orders. The specific return shipping fee is determined by your location and will be deducted from your final refund balance.

Please note: Store credit is not redeemable for cash.

What if I want to exchange for another size?

Domestic (USA)
We offer a one-time exchange for a different size of the exact style and color originally purchased.

  • Limitations: We cannot accommodate exchanges for different colors or different items.
  • Returns After Exchange: If you choose to return an item that has already been exchanged once, the return will be subject to a restocking fee.
