Shipping policy
GENERAL
Delivery times shown at checkout are in business days (M-F). We alter these timelines as needed with seasonal demand.
With the exception of weekends and holidays, we ship all express orders placed before 12pm (noon) Pacific time on the same day.
Standard and economy orders may not ship out until the next business day.
NOTE: During peak season (Oct-Dec), economy shipping orders may take an additional 3-5 business days to leave our warehouse.
Free domestic delivery applies only to orders placed to the contiguous 48 US states.
Our shipping services do not guarantee delivery on weekends.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The cost of international shipping depends on the size of your order as well as the precise destination of delivery. Add desired products to your cart and enter your delivery address to calculate an accurate price.

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
