I was so excited for these but they’re completely missing charms that are supposed to be at the toes, the lock and keys. And I’m not getting any help with this issue

they’re very loud when you walk as the charms jingle, but the heel is sturdy and they’re pretty comfortable as far as big, heavy boots come. i love these so much they were worth every dollar.
