I love these shoes but the ankle part of it is quite small and a little unforgiving. So if I have leggings on or too thick of socks they don’t like to zip all the way. But other than that I love them.

Look fantastic, great fit.
Only complaint I have is that the hard material (plastic?) inside the heel's lining only goes partway up the back of the shoe. For me, this plastic wanted to bend inward when I put my heel in, creating a hard crease in the material. It was a tight fit, so that's part of why, but it'd be nice if that harder lining material went a little higher. Probably could have avoided the crease by using a shoehorn.
Beyond that though, solid and exactly what I expected. Can't comment on longevity, only had them for a few weeks and worn a few times, but I love them.

Super soft material. These shoes are very nice and under jeans they rock. Too bad that through my fault I ordered the wrong size. I will definitely buy them again in the correct size.
