I have a 24cm foot and go from EU 37-38 (sizing is useless, just measure your foot) and I consistently buy a U.S. 7 from here.
A lot of reviews complain about sizing (usually too big) so I looked at the insole measurements on a different site (Mac’s Mystic Store has them, idk why Demonia itself doesn’t 🙄) and the Kera-08 US 7 is 24.5 cm long, a good 0.4 cm longer than their usual 24.1 cm US 7 (My Shaker-72s are this size and fit perfect).
That being said, I took the risk to buy these as a birthday gift, and I wore them with 3 layers of pretty thin socks (because they were stabbing at a vein right under my ankle and killing me 😭 all low top/Oxford/Mary Jane shoes do that to me) and they were a bit too tight, so I think they’re doable with regular socks.
My first wear was comical. I wore them to work (lot of standing and walking for 5 hours) and I nearly died, my feet hurt so bad 😭, and not cause the platform was too high. My toes got the worst of it, crushed and painful (skill issue, wore too many socks), and I couldn’t figure out how to walk in them (skill issue, just gotta practice).
Overall 4/5 stars cause they’re vegan “leather” and will fall apart too quick, and the soles scuff so easily.

Hemming and hawing over buying these for awhile and decided to just go for it. SO glad I did!! They’re so cute and surprisingly comfortable. I love tha added height, since I’m quite short. Only downside I have found is they’re difficult to drive in. I usually just slip one off in the car
