The heel inside is rough and rubs the skin where the seams meet, the skin broke just after 30 minutes after wearing the boots... Definetly consider buying padded heel stickers with this purchase. The shoe size was also a problem (ordering from Europe) as I needed to reorder a bigger size. Otherwise, the shoes look amazing, they are stable to walk in and wide enough to wear fluffy socks in winter time.
