So glad I read all the reviews about sizing up. I am usually a true six and I got these in a seven. They fit really well and with the laces you can tighten them. Photo attached of my white size 6 shaker next to the size 7 for reference.

I have had these shoes for 10 months now and work a 8 hour shift 5 days walking in them. I chose them to give me a hight boost as well as the fact they resemble sneakers. I'm about to get a new pair as I have warn the insides down a lot. The outside held up great, no breaks or cracks seam rips. The only wear is my clumsy scuffing and the interior of the shoe. Definitely recommend.
