Cute pack, larger than expected, prominently adorned. For whatever reason(s), the straps are fitted to nothing in particular. At the tightest setting, the heart still hangs mournfully off the back, with the top of the heart flopped down. It is a do it yourself project when it comes to fitting the pack to your body.

First of all, this backpack is gorgeous! 10/10 on style. However, a couple things. 1) the straps don’t have precut holes to make it tighter on my back vs hanging down and off it, even at the tightest setting. I had to punch my own holes. 2) The bag is shipped with the wings folded in so it took a lot of work to get them straightened out. Still overall gorgeous and would recommend!

My girlfriend loved the design! The bag was larger than we had anticipated but it’s still a good size. The wings don’t stay in position like in the photo; we expected it to stay more flat.

I think this backpack is so cute! The red is very vibrant and the wings seem firmly affixed. I was surprised with how large it is, see photo for reference. I am also concerned that the zipper will not stay closed at highway speed, but this is to be determined. Another cool thing is there is a second, internal pouch, which also zips closed.
