The boots are fine and arrived eventually. If you're a half size don't even bother with Demonia. YKW, don't bother with Demonia AT ALL. Buy secondhand from depop or poshmark- the customer service including the bc route protection is TRASH. Alexis is a smartass and extremely unhelpful. The company as well as Route is very hands off and they lie constantly about any and everything. I will NEVER buy from Demonia again. The boots are whatever, sizing is so inconsistent with Demonia and its a fucking nightmare to deal with them so I guess im keeping these. 0/10 for Demonia- like I said poshmarl and depop have Demonia and poshmark has great customer service especially compared to Demonia. Godspeed if you've tangled with these people. These is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE- only LOSS PREVENTION. You will NOT receive SERVICE. You will be a hot potato that is repeatedly DROPPED.
