The boots are amazing, my feet is 23.5 cm and bought 6 woman us, they fit perfectly! Even though I have wide feet. Now, I was crying myself out since the zipper won’t come up and I from chile… so the return will be a thing. That’s when I remembered the blow drier hack. It worked, the boot expanded but only for the moment, so I have to use the blow drier each time I want to use the boots :’( my calf is 15” and due to reviews I decided to buy this version of the boots anyways, error. They look like a muffin top on my leg. Eeeeeven though, I went to a concert with them, 2 hours standing and it was ok, they’re comfy!! As recommendation, if your calf is 15” go for the wc model, they will look amazing on you!

These boots are absolutely beautiful! They are very comfortable and seem to be made well. I think I would have given them 5 stars except for the customer service communication during an exchange for a different size. I created the return, printed the label, took them to the post office, and the tracking sat like that for 2 weeks and then the tracking said they were being delivered to another city. ?? Tried to contact the company, but it was difficult to get through. Finally did and eventually got my boots a month later. Maybe the holidays, but still.......

Super nice and comfy, a little tight around the calfs and my calfs are not even that big. Large calf girlies may wanna reconsider
