The lights are bright; therefore, you can tell what color you're switching it to while wearing the boots. And the butterfly wings are so beautiful with or without the lights on. They're easy to walk in if you're used to platforms BUT make sure to adjust the strap for the butterfly. Mine came in with the middle notch hooked and I felt the boot dig right into my ankle bone when I first walked in them (and I have skinny feet). Loosened it to the first notch and they're much more comfortable now. Can't wait to show these off!
