My platforms arrived with some of the decorative hardware broken. I reached out to customer support to notify them of this and they offered to send a replacement piece, but said that it wasn’t even in stock currently and I would have to wait for it to arrive to them and THEN also be shipped to me. I replied I wasn’t interested -I was going to wear these soon, that a small discount on the shoes or some other solution would be preferable since I didn’t want to create unnecessary waste from all the extra packaging and shipping. Since then it has been radio silence. The shoes fit ok I’m just disappointed in that whole deal

They looks amazing and quite comfy tho pretty big and you have to get used to walking. Also the sound of metal can be a bit annoying. I have 39-39.5 and 40 fits perfectly
