Looks good, runs big

Looks great but runs really big. Will be reordering a full size down.

The return/exchange process is a bit punishing. I had to spend my own money for packaging that FedEx would accept, even though I provided the exact same packaging it came to me in, so I will have paid extra to do an exchange.

Very comfortable!

I'm very happy with my purchase, these are very comfortable to walk around in. I'm an 8.5 in womens, so I ordered a 7, which is pretty much exactly the conversion. I would recommend, if you don't intend to use the coffin compartment, don't open it. It's stuck on very tight, and difficult to put back on, and if it's not all the way back in there, it'll jab into your foot. The shoe I didn't do that to is very comfortable, so I'm gonna assume that's on me. I would also note that the zipper is a little stiff, a little hard to use, but it's not too bad. These slip on real easy, but you probably still have to sit down to handle the zipper situation.
