The sole is very thick and sturdy , I read the reviews and i consider myself to not have a narrow foot , i sized up and they fit big , so i would recommend stick your regular size :)

They are very cute and seem high quality and sturdy, the only thing I would say is to size up. I typically wear a size 8, and they were just a little too small but enough to make them uncomfortable. I bought them for an event and didn't have time to return them before but hopefully I will be able to return them after to get a better size or I might just wear different shoes unfortunately.
