My heart loves these but my feet hate them for some reason. They feel like they fit okay until I walk and then my feet kind of slide forward and my toes hit the end of the shoe with each step. Ugh. It might be a "me" problem, as I walk on my toes a bit and I think that clashes badly with this flatform shape. However, I don't usually have problems with platform Docs or other shoes. A half size down might help if that existed but who knows.
I picked up the Shaker-60 instead and they are somehow more comfortable and easy to walk in than these. But I'll mourn not being able to wear these more androgynous flatform beauties.

so cutee. i was worried about it being too big because of the reviews saying it runs bigger. im a size 7.5 womens and i was tryung to decide between getting a 7 or a 6 and i went with 7 to play it safe and thank god i did because 7 is perfect. 6 would have been too small for me. honestly i think it runs true to size, i dont think it runs that much bigger. anyways if youre thinking about getting it, get it :D

I’ve wanted these shoes for a long awhile and I’m so happy I finally caved. They’re so comfy to wear and walk around in. I wore them to work for 9 hours and my feet seemed to get a bit sore after 7 hours but before that they were great

I bought the Neptune 181s and the shape is perfect, nothing I needed to get used to. They make pants fit really well, however I wasn’t aware to size down and mine fit a little big.

I ordered the Neptune-181 in July of 2022 and after having them for over a year now, I feel confident saying that they are not well-made. I read a review that suggested that I be very careful with the straps, but despite my gentleness the first strap broke the second time I wore the shoes (I got it repaired as that seemed more environmentally friendly than shipping the shoe all the way back), and the second strap is not in good condition. In addition, one of the hooks for the laces pops out and has to be re-inserted every time I tie the shoes.
Besides these defects, the shoes are wide and roomy on the inside, which works well with thick socks. They make me taller, which makes sitting in tall chairs (read: normal chairs) with my feet on the floor more possible/comfortable. The laces are excessively long and can be wrapped around the back of the shoe and tied there. They're pretty easy to walk in, and the bottoms are extremely rigid. I get compliments when I wear them. They are not nearly as comfortable as regular gym shoes and are the opposite of breathable. I would never risk driving in them because they put my foot so far from the pedals.
Overall, I cannot recommend these shoes as they broke almost immediately after I got them and in fact continue to break as time goes on. I was excited to wear tall shoes for the first time, and a friend recommended the site, but I am disappointed with the shoes and don't think I'll ever buy from this company again, especially…
