I first ordered these in 2024; lasted for a few months and then the boot began to separate from the heel. Received a refund after speaking to customer service. Now it's two years later and for whatever reason, I hoped Demonia had improved quality control. I wear them to work and the heel is separating from the boot within two hours and MAYBE a combined 30 minutes of walking. I'm extremely disappointed and don't plan on ordering anything from Demonia again.
