I swapped out the laces for some elastic laces and they made a world of difference. Insoles helped a million percent too. A decent basic sneaker, although I don't know that they're worth $30. Love the straps that can be swapped out to add a little pop of personality

Emailed customer service, still ongoing with no word except a Manager has to review the issue, which has been a few days. The shoes are cute, the soles are thin, my only issue is the hooks are tarnished pretty bad.
