I originally got a size 8 but they felt a little small for my right foot (my right is a half size larger than my left). I opted to do an exchange for a size 9 because I wanted more space and thought size 9 would keep longer. I did not want to stretch and stress out the size 8 too soon. However, size 9 feels too large. I have to be careful when I walk to not let my shoes slip off. Also these sandals are not great for long walks. There is no cushioning, the platform is solid. It is unfortunate that you cannot compare the sizing. I think I would have stayed with the size 8 if I felt the size 9. In general, half sizes would be great. Other than that, exchange process was easy. The shoes look great and so far after a few wears they are still intact.

I got a 9 and I'm an 8.5 but they still poke out a bit idk if that's entended but i don't mind :) I also noticed that the straps are kinda uncomfortable and it's better with socks but all of these might just be me tho but aside from that i love wearing them and pairing them with my everyday outfits.
