I was hesitant to get these because some of the reviews were talking about the top of the boots being too tight. I found that these were the right size for me and I did size up, they are light weight compared to other demonin boots and are so easy to walk in. I can’t wait to wear these to the next music festival I go to!!

In normal lighting, they just look like tall, grey galoshes. A little awkward with the seams. Blacklight helps a little, but it's not a very stark contrast. Was fine as a clearance purchase, but probably wouldn't pay full price for this design.

I normally wear a 7 1/2… I ordered a size 8. I also ordered a size 8 in the Shaker-100. These shoes are not made equally. These boots are very tight on the calves versus my shaker (not wide calves) do not squeeze my calves. I had to have my husband zip them because I couldn’t get it to close. Because they are tight on the calves, when you walk the boot and fabric bunches up at the ankle and presses in. The foot itself was also pretty small and uncomfortable. Versus my shaker-100 has plenty of space that I almost thought they were too big. The reflect on light was awesome. It’s a bummer that it’s not a better shoe and unfortunately bought on final sale. None of my friends who have tried them on have found them any better. In my standing photo you can see the ripples at the ankle.
