They came to me in perfect condition they’re sooo cute…. But they are very very rock hard and very flat so they are extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately you can’t really adjust the straps without it folding weird so I can’t tighten them to help make them more fitting and comfortable. Again. They are so cute and I love the look. I just think they need some arch support and the straps need to be adjustable.i got 11s which are my usual size and they fit the length of my foot almost a little small but the straps are too loose.
