I usually need a women's 12.5 but the size 12s fit me exactly! There are two issues: First, the tongue of the shoe can get caught in the zipper. It comes up over the flap that's meant to prevent that.

They fit me perfectly. Ordinarily I’d be a women’s 12.5 but the size 12 fits me just fine! I love the dangly bits. The only issue I have is that usually the tongue of the shoe will get stuck in the zipper. There’s a flap on the zipper that’s meant to prevent that but the tongue can come up over it and I have to fiddle with it to get them on.
