Seriously good for bad joints. The base is nice and wide, so you don't have to worry about stumbling as much. The straps can be as tight or loose as you like, because they are velcro. On the , there is a "zigzag" form that really helps you grip the floor. I never fell in these. They are better for slightly wider feet.

I have the boots and I am obsessed so I got these and am excited to wear them. I am in between sizes so I sized up and ordered them in an 8 and just tightened the Velcro strap so my feet stay put.
