Ordering wide calf was so the way to go, and these babies fit so good! I love the look, the height, the texture; They're surprisingly soft on the inside, with a gorgeous red brand print on the sole padding. The material has held up really well at raves despite how messy the crowds can be! My only nitpick is that there is a really bold hem on the tongue of the shoe around the ankle. I don't know if I'm tying them wrong maybe, or if the tongue just sits that way on purpose, but this hem has left my ankles pretty bruised recently even through thick socks.
