I bought these boots back in May of this year and have only wore them twice, once for a show in April and a second time on Oct. 24th. I thought it would be nice to wear them for the spooky season so I wore them to work. After working a 6hr shift seated at a desk, the heels on both boots are now coming unglued from the platform. I emailed customer service about this issue, was told a manager would review my case, got no response for a week and today I received an automated response that the issue didn't appear to be a manufacturer's defect. The boots have been worn for less then 10 hours collectively and they're already falling apart. More than disappointed at both the quality of product and handling of this problem. 100% would not recommend this item or even this brand going forward. I've bought Demonia in the past and the boots used to be great quality and lasted for years. If there is no defect, then these are the lowest quality of boots I've ever made the mistake of buying.

When I first received them I was so intimidated because of how big they are. As soon as I put them on I realized they’re the most comfortable pair of boots I own! Immediately ordered the black ones!

Very comfortable shoe! As a girl with very wide feet, I was surprised when I put them on to find that they are wide feet friendly and not snug. I wear a size 11 with very wide feet that don’t fit most shoes, so if you’re skeptical on getting these, GET THEM! The only issue I had with the shoe are that you can see the little glued areas around the toe box and sides, but hardly noticeable.

They look great and they feel alright (for heels), however my foot slides around inside and constantly slams my toes against the top of the shoe. I hope this issue goes away as I break them in but that’s my only issue!
