I’ve wanted these boots ever since middle school and just a few years ago I had gotten as a Christmas present from my mother. I love these shoes, they fit perfectly and I just think they look so good. But the spikes come off very easily if you don’t consistently tighten them with a screwdriver. Unfortunately I lost several of the spikes due to this and I don’t like the way they look with the missing pieces so I haven’t worn them in over a year now. I requested replacement spikes in July with the help of customer service. It is now the middle of January and have had little to no updates from customer service… I feel very let down about this.

I adore these shoes! Breaking them in was rough though. I had to wear extra big socks with them for a month or two until they were comfortable. After that I've never had issues with these. The spikes can be unscrewed and come off. After owning them for around 2 years now a little bit of the the metal on the spikes is turning brassy.
