I ordered these shoes, super excited about having comfy platforms to wear all winter. When I put them on the ankle straps are stupid tight. I have relatively small ankles. For reference I’m 5’5 and 125lbs. I’ve never had an issue with things being too tight on my ankles before. Then when I tried to walk in them they are so squeaky and loud I sound like I’m walking around in clown shoes. Every steps includes a loud squeak. I added a video for reference. Hopefully the volume works. I tried reaching out to Demonia to get help on these issues, but they seemed unsure of what to do and then after a week of waiting never got back to me with any sort of solution. I have worn demonia shoes for decades and never had an issue like this. I hope this isn’t a sign of things beginning to go down hill. Definitely would NOT recommend buying these shoes.

I'm giving three stars because I can make them work. I don't know why I keep giving this company money because they only make shoes for people with sticks for legs. I wear a men's size 12, I feel I have an average sized ankle for someone with that size foot, but I can BARELY get these shoes to close. The ankle strap that's supposed to go around the back of the shoe will only close if I have it wrapped around my actual leg and not the shoe itself, and I'm fairly certain if I wear it for any length of time it's going to pop open

I bought these shoes for work since I wear through shoes like nobody else and I'm a bit insecure about my height, and I couldn't recommend them more. They add enough height to make me feel comfy, and after you break them in, you're set for working all day in them. I have only tripped twice, but because of the wide comfy base, it's not a problem for me, who is fairly clumsy. Thank you guys~♡

The shoes are awesome! Comfortable and would be great for a festival! I originally ordered them for Lolla but received a defective pair. Demonia was very kind and did their best to ensure I was taken care of!
