One of the rings was loose and came off but was an easy fix with some pliers.

They run small. No way these are an 11. I’ve tried to reach out to customer service but no responses. They are very tight in the calves. I’ve had to loosen them and it’s still a pain to zip them. They look super cute when on, but it hurts to wear them.

The boots are gorgeous don't get me wrong but they aren't very inclusive. The shoe size itself fits like a glove but they don't fit around my calves. I have wide ankles and even though they are "adjustable" they still do not fit. I am pretty disappointed in that.

These boots are everything I imagined they would be. I got them for my untraditional goth themed wedding. Exactly as pictured, maybe even better! They're true to size. Might not be the most comfortable if you have bigger calves, but they were perfect for me. Can't wait to wear them in October!!
