Since I wear a prosthetic brace on my left leg (I was born without a foot), I am very limited in what types of shoes I can wear. I've owned knee-high Demonia boots for a very long time and have come to rely on them a lot over the years. For some reason, I never took a chance on shorter boots, but one day I just decided to go for it.
I'm glad I did!
These boots look amazing, they fit wonderfully, and I love how versatile they are. They go well with pants, skirts, dresses, even shorts.
The only thing about them that has proven to be a little tricky for me is getting used to how thicker the bottoms are. I tripped and fell twice in one day while wearing them but I guess this is what girls have endured for ages when they are trying to adjust to wearing high-heeled shoes and the such.
These boots aren't even all that stacked! But I'm a dork like that.
In time, I will get used to it.
I MUST get used to walking in them because I love them way too much than to store them away in the dark recesses of my closet.
With that one little complaint, I cannot even blame the shoes for my poor balance, as wearing a foot brace has always made me a bit of a klutz.
I highly recommend these boots for anyone who wants simple, affordable, stylish and versatile shoes.
